In our transformative sessions together, we’ll go beyond merely treating surface symptoms to uncover and heal the deeper roots of what’s holding you back. As your dedicated hypnotherapist, I combine the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with various evidence-based approaches including hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, Aromatherapy,CBT, NLP, EFT, Mindset Dimensions. This comprehensive approach allows us to gently access the significant emotional memories and experiences that have shaped your current challenges.

Together, we’ll explore influential events from various stages of your life – from early childhood experiences to present-day situations – that have created limiting beliefs or emotional patterns. Through deep relaxation and guided therapeutic techniques, we’ll work with both your conscious and subconscious mind to release blocks, dissolve fears, and transform restricting beliefs that have been preventing you from reaching your full potential.

My role is to guide you through this process of self-discovery and transformation, helping you build new, empowering mental frameworks that align with your goals and aspirations. By addressing these core issues at their source, we create lasting positive change rather than temporary relief.

Hypnotherapy is a set of relaxing voice techniques through which therapy can have a direct impact on your subconscious. The task of hypnosis changes the mindsets in your brain that block transformational changes in your life.

Hypnotherapy provides an opportunity to completely escape from internal and external stimuli and focus on a single thought or feeling. During hypnotherapy, a person is immersed in a lightly relaxing state, their subconscious is activated and becomes more receptive to attitudes necessary to solve a specific problem.

For each client, individual hypnosis scripts are developed on the basis of detailed personal information. The effect of these personalized hypnosis scripts is much stronger than for the standard hypnosis scripts that are commonly found on the Internet.

It is entirely safe. All methods and techniques that I use in my work are accredited by the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the American Board of NLP, and the International Coaching Federation.

There are no significant differences between in-person and online therapies when working with me, because the main instrument in my work is my voice.

Usually, I do not utilize audio or video recording, except at the request of the client. However, after each therapy session, the client will receive a written report on the results of the work during that session and a detailed plan for the next session.

Yes, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can create profound life changes. I’m often asked about the number of sessions needed. The transformative power of RTT means that many clients experience significant shifts in just 1-3 sessions, though some situations may benefit from additional support. Here’s what you can expect:

Remember, healing and transformation are unique to each person. While some clients achieve their goals in just one powerful session, others benefit from a more gradual approach. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs and create a tailored treatment plan that best serves your goals.

I offer online therapy on multiple platforms. I have used WhatsApp, Viber, FaceTime, Messenger, Telegram, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet with previous clients.

Cancellation of a session must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. In this instance, it is possible to reschedule the meeting within one calendar week. Sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full.

If you want to discontinue working with me, it is important to tell me at least one session before so that we can adequately summarize the therapy results and formally end our collaboration.
